Agreement At the moment that your order is accepted by His Expression, the agreement is finalized. Total amount The total amount of your order consists of: subtotal (products + delivery charges) + 19% VAT (from subtotal) Payments Payments by creditcard, if any, are executed by use of Paypal. Delivery Your men sexy underwear will be sent at the moment that your payment is received and complies with the General Terms of Service. His Expression strives to have your ordered see through thong slip in stock. Your purchase will be shipped within 5 days of payment receipt. His Expression is not mandated within this time. At the moment that your men sheer thong is not available, you will be informed by e-mail, as soon as possible, (no longer than 30 days), of the planned delivery date. All shipments are handled by TNT Post. All foreign shipments are sent 'Priority' status. Returns Policy Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase of nylon underwear for whatever reason, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt. ONLY unused, unworn nylon underwear in the original undamaged packaged are allowed to be returned. The packaging must be visibly unopened/undamaged. In case the package is opened or damaged, we cannot return your money as the see through men underwear cannot be re-sold. Your money will be deposited into your account within 30 days of the receipt of the product. In case you made an international payment by bank, you have to send us your IBAN en BIC bij e-mail, before we can return the amount payed. The costs of shipping the men sheer thong or other nylon underwear back to His Expression are for your own. At the moment that you wish to return the product or exchange, we ask that you inform us in advance via e-mail clearly indicating your name and order number and you wish to Return or Exchange. Once we receive your e-mail, we will confirm that you may return the product to us at our Contact address details within 3 working days. Dutch law For all rights, requirements, offers, orders and agreements whereby these General Terms of Conditions are applicable, they abide by the prevailing Dutch laws of application.
